TERMS AND CONDITIONS - by booking with us you agree to these T&C’s WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Confirmation from all players, coaches, and parents/guardians that we can take, save, and distribute the photo’s, including use on social media. All media will be stored securely. Confirmation that the coach/manager of the team is happy with the fee, and happy to distribute the photo’s as they see fit to club members, players, coaches and parents/guardians. Discuss and agree any special requirements beforehand. Ensure we are kept up to date re any fixture changes (teams, dates, times, venues) as soon as possible. Confirm understanding by all parties that on occasions, and despite all best efforts, not all players may be captured during the course of a game, and not all match moments can be captured. All parties must be considerate, polite, and act appropriately towards us at all times WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US : We will arrive to the game as agreed in the initial booking or as communicated to us asap if changes occur. We will arrive early to meet with you and the team, and chat about any limitations, changes, or special requests. The agreed prices will not change. Weather limitations, venue issues, etc will be discussed in advance and on the day. Every effort will be made to complete the work as promised and we will work closely with the team representatives if circumstances limit our ability to complete the shoot. We will take as many photos of the game as is possible on the day, given the circumstances of the day. We endeavour to capture as many shots of all players and key match moments as is practical. However, restrictions and circumstances may on occasions prevent this. We will be polite, courteous, and understanding to all parties at all times, and communicate with team representatives promptly if any issues arrive. We will deliver a watermarked set of shots digitally within 48 hours. When the team representatives are happy and a payment has been made, we we send the final photos digitally, which can be used and distributed as the team, players, and parents/guardians see fit. We will store the photos securely. We may use the photos for our own promotion (incl on social media) unless the team specifically requests us not to.
